We have implemented a 2 tier quality control system within all our farms. Fruits are thoroughly checked from when the fruits are first harvested from the trees, to packaging the fruits into boxes and stored in our cold room. The fruits are then rechecked again for quality, ready to be shipped to our customers in Europe. Our coldroom are kept at a constant 7 degrees celcius to ensure that the fruits are always kept fresh.

We also implemented the use of special protection paper bags or satchel bags made from 100% long-fibre kraft pulp. The paper bags are treated with very special chemical which retain 35% of the tensile wet-strength even when it is totally soaked in water. These bags are used to protect the fruit flies from attacking the fruits and prevent the infection of Anthrocnose. It also protect from exposing to direct sunlight during the green to yellow stage of the fruit development. When lesser light penetrates onto the fruits, it will produce better fruit colour. The results of using these special protection paper bags, we get better colour, quality fruits, free from fruit flies and pest control chemicals.
